If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter any aspect of our services without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information upon registration and maintain its accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Avoid using our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Usage Restrictions

You shall not:

  • Use our services in any way that damages, disables, or impairs our services.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Payments for services must be made according to agreed terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly in advance until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which sets out a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions, refunds for billing errors, and the charges that are not refundable. Usage already delivered is not refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of World Atlantus or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

World Atlantus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless World Atlantus, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, our services, or our reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sharjah, UAE.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
